Now Available: New PBS Videos & Video Collection Interface

On Friday, March 12th, NC LIVE released 24 new PBS titles, along with its new Video Collection interface.  The new videos include Jane Austen’s Northanger Abbey, Mansfield Park, and Persuasion, Ken Burns’s The War, Dickens's Oliver Twist, Shakespeare's King Lear, and more! NC LIVE released the new videos as part of the Teen Tech Week celebration, a national library initiative that runs during the 2nd week of March, designed to get teens to use libraries.  The new videos are available from NC LIVE’s Video Collection website. This collection of more than 400 videos can be streamed online, and is a great tool for teachers to grab visual learners’ interest. All NC public k-12 schools can stream these videos in their classrooms without a password!
 
The NC LIVE Video Collection website also got a facelift to give it a more modern look and feel.
